Making a Doctor’s Appointment
As a general rule, appointments need to be made before you can see a doctor. It is advisable that you telephone the receptionist on (08) 9071 3100 in advance to make a doctor’s appointment. You can also book online via this website, the HotsDocs website or download the HotDocs app to your phone
** Please note that the phones open at 8.30am Mon-Fri, and 9.00am on Saturdays.
** If you anticipate that your consultation will be long (e.g. more than one medical issue, drivers licence/medicals, health assessments, mental health concerns), then please advise the receptionist when making the appointment. Urgent medical problems will be dealt with promptly.
‘Same Day’ Bookings
There are also appointments available for ‘same day’ bookings that are kept open for urgent appointments – for example, for sick children (<10 years old) or unwell patients. These can be accessed by ringing the surgery on 08 90713100, as soon as possible during opening hours.

Booking Cancellations
You can also cancel an appointment that you have made online. However, you cannot cancel an appointment by this online system that was made in person or by phone. You will still need to call us on (08) 9071 3100 for those appointments to be cancelled.
Note: We get a lot of cancellations, so it is also worth re-checking time-slot availability on our online booking system.
