Esperance Family Practice aims to provide timely, quality, out-of-hospital care for both individuals and families at all stages of life. We are an energised general practice situated in Esperance, Western Australia. We have a passion to provide excellent quality primary health care, with a focus on General Practice for individuals, families, Aged Care and workplaces.

Covid-19 Information

As the state borders are now open, it seems timely to remind everyone that Covid-19 precautions are still advised. Please follow social distancing and hand hygiene rules and if you have symptoms of fever, cough, sore throat or shortness of breath please let our friendly reception staff know so that we can take steps to protect everyone’s health.

We are here to support all our patients in the best way we can, please adhere to the following:

    • All patients are to wear a mask when entering the Practice
    • Patients are to let reception know if they have any cold or flu like symptoms
    • Patients are to let reception know if they have had COVID 19 or tested positive to COVID 19. If so, they are to request a Telephone consultation or Video consult.
    • Patients to ask reception if they would like to register for E-scripts.

 

Unfortunately our books are closed and we are not accepting new patients at this time.

The  practice team will always be available during practice hours, as our doctors have no commitments to attend the Esperance Hospital.This allows us to concentrate on being really great Family GPs! We enjoy being available outside working hours where possible to provide a service.

About our team

All our medical team have been working as fully qualified Doctors in Esperance for at least 5 years, and some for more than ten years. They know what is it like to live and work in a rural town, and the issues this presents for your medical care. Meet the practice team.
